Introduction To PTFE Teflon Tube

Teflon tube, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) tube, is first made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material, with high temperature resistance (260℃), corrosion resistance, high insulation, excellent electrical properties.
Teflon tube is made of polytetrafluoroethylene dispersed resin at room temperature with organic solvent as extrusion aid, and then dried and sintered. According to the size of the tube diameter, it can be divided into capillary tube and HOSE tube. The inner diameter of the hose tube is >4mm, and the inner diameter of the capillary tube is ≤4mm.
The product has excellent dielectric properties and chemical corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, non-absorbent, non-sticky, non-conductive, low friction coefficient and non-aging properties. It is widely used in transformers, electronic appliances, communication equipment, chemical fluids, machinery manufacturing, medical equipment, automotive aerospace and other fields.
