Product Features Of Sodium Tetrafluoride Board

The raw material of PTFE plate is made of suspended PTFE resin through molding. According to the production process, it is divided into two types: molded plate and turned plate. Among the known plastics, PTFE has the best chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties, no aging, no stickiness, and PTFE staircase can be used at a temperature of -180℃ to +280℃ under no-load conditions. It has a friction coefficient among known solid materials.
The cold pressing and sintering method of PTFE plate processing technology is basically composed of three steps: preforming, sintering, and cooling.
① Preforming is to add the sieved resin into the mold cavity evenly according to the required amount of the product when cold pressing the blank. For products with completely consistent pressure direction and wall thickness, the material should be added all at once; for products with more complex shapes, the required powder can be added to the mold cavity in portions, and the amount of powder added each time should be adapted to the volume of the part of the mold cavity it fills, and several positive molds should be used to press the powder in layers.
② Sintering is the process of melting polytetrafluoroethylene particles into a whole.
It is a key process in the process of melting polytetrafluoroethylene particles into a whole. The quality of sintering directly affects the mechanical properties of the product. Sintering is generally heated in the air in a free state. There are also sintering under nitrogen protection or hot pressing sintering.
③ Cooling The cooling process is the process of macromolecules transforming from amorphous state to crystalline state. The cooling rate of the product after sintering determines the crystallinity of the product, thereby affecting the physical and mechanical properties of the product.
