Steel-lined PTFE pipes are made of ordinary carbon steel pipes as the base, lined with thermoplastic polytetrafluoroethylene plastic with excellent chemical stability, and processed by a specific process. It has both the mechanical properties of steel pipes and the characteristics of high corrosion resistance, slow scaling, and low growth of microorganisms of PTFE plastics. It is an ideal pipe for transporting strong acids, strong alkalis, industrial salts, and highly corrosive gases. It can operate stably under high temperature and negative pressure conditions for a long time, solving the shortcomings of previous pipelines and accessories that cannot withstand negative pressure, and has been widely used in many high temperature and high negative pressure systems such as distillation.
Steel-lined PTFE pipes have temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Except for molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine trifluoride, oxygen trifluoride at high temperature, and liquid fluorine at high flow rate, it can resist the corrosion of almost all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia. It can work at a temperature of 230℃-250℃ for a long time and is an ideal transportation equipment for highly corrosive media.
