Correctly choose the connection method
Fluoroplastic pipes can be connected in a variety of ways, such as welding, threaded connection, flange connection, etc. When choosing the connection method, it should be selected according to the actual use scenario and requirements. Avoid excessive bending and stretching

For example, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) pipes can generally be used in the temperature range of -200℃ to 260℃, but in actual applications, a certain safety margin should be left according to the specific situation.
Avoid contact with strong oxidants and organic solvents
Although fluoroplastic pipes have good corrosion resistance, they may still corrode or degrade under the action of certain strong oxidants and organic solvents. For example, when fluoroplastic pipes come into contact with strong oxidants such as molten alkali metals and fluorine gas at high temperatures, severe corrosion reactions will occur.
During use, try to avoid contact between the pipe and these substances. If it cannot be avoided, protective measures can be taken, such as wrapping a protective layer on the outside of the pipe.
3. Maintenance
Regular inspection
Regularly check the fluoroplastic pipe to check for leaks, deformation, ruptures, etc. In particular, focus on checking the sealing and integrity of the pipe joints, elbows, valves and other parts.
If a problem is found, timely measures should be taken to repair or replace it to avoid greater losses.
Cleaning and maintenance
During use, keep the fluoroplastic tube clean. If the surface of the tube is contaminated with dirt or impurities, it can be cleaned with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Avoid using strong acids, strong alkalis or organic solvents for cleaning to avoid damaging the tube.
At the same time, be careful to avoid mechanical damage to the tube, such as scratches, collisions, etc. During storage and transportation, handle it with care to avoid squeezing and impacting the tube.
